On October 31st, Vice Chairman of provincial People’s Committee Tran Van Nam presided at the meeting discussing plan to allocate road tax collection.After listening to opinions of sectors, agencies and representatives of localities, Mr. Nam concluded: All collection of road tax from motorcycles will be saved for locality, where tax was collected. After disbursing all cost for organization of collection at locality, the remaining collection will be sent to provincial Road Maintaining Fund to allocate again for localities to maintain, repair roads in accordance with local governmental administration.Road tax from automobiles under Central Road Maintaining Fund is for maintain, repair roads in accordance with provincial governmental administration.Reported by P.
