Constitution 2013 and legal documents relating to religion and belief disseminated

On Dec. 29, the provincial Home Affairs Department held a conference to disseminate the Constitution 2013 and legal documents relating to religion and belief for local religious dignitaries. Attending the conference were Tran Thanh Liem, member of the standing board of the provincial party committee cum vice chairman of the provincial People’s Committee; leaders of some departments, agencies and nearly 400 religious dignitaries across the province.

Addressing the opening ceremony of the conference, Tran Thanh Liem briefed delegates on the local achievements on areas of socio-economy, national defense - security in 2014 and affirmed that the local party committee, People’s Council and People’s Committee and Fatherland Front Committee always highly appreciates effort and efficiency of religious believers and simultaneously pays much attention to their material and spiritual life.

At the conference, religious dignitaries heard about basic contents of the Constitution 2013 as well as legal documents relating to religion and belief. The conference was to ensure advantaged and right operation of religions in the province for the sake of the national great unity bloc.
