Yesterday of December 24, Center for Agriculture Promotion coordinated with its Phu Giao District Division and An Binh Commune People’s Committee to hand over 20 cows to 10 households in hardship at An Binh Commune. Accordingly, each household shall be offered 1 couple of cow – Sind breed of 10-12 months of age and 180-200 kilos.The project was to help households within and near poverty bottom line to overcome poverty.The project under Provincial Center for Agriculture Promotion has been implemented at two communes of An Binh and An Linh of Phu Giao District in 3 year time from 2012 to 2015, offering 40 cows to 20 families in poverty and near poverty line.The chosen families shall be supported with husbandry technique, veterinary medicine, and animal foods.Reported by Hoai Phuong – Translated by Vi Bao
