Customs clearance near 2,000 at Binh Duong provincial Customs on import-export during holidays

According to Binh Duong Customs Department and with the spirit of maximum support for import-export activities of enterprises, Customs Department has directed its branches to grasp the import-export plans of enterprises and assign cadres and civil servants to be on duty at the customs clearance points during the holidays to handle customs procedures to ensure that the goods of enterprises in the locality are not obstructed.

Accordingly, from April 29 to the end of May 3, the Customs Department carried out customs clearance procedures for import and export goods for 253 enterprises inder 1,956 declarations for the total import and export turnover of over USD 72.6 million. The major import-export products includeed garment, steel, furniture, garment materials, shoe soles, paper, machine parts, electronic boards, transmission shafts, household electronic components, and raw materials for the production of electrical wires.
