Dau Tieng District People's Committee has issued a plan to implement "Urban Culture - Civilization" plan in the district by 2020.

The plan aims to raise awareness and create a good change among civil servants and people in the district about the implementation of "Urban Culture - Civilization" in fields, such as: Urban order, environmental sanitation, urban aesthetics, urban traffic safety, security and social order, civilized behaviors in offices and public places.
