New impetus

Over the past years, especially 2 recent years, positive changes of thought of every cadre and party member and the public in Dau Tieng district have been realized after implementing the mobilization of “Studying and following Ho Chi Minh’s moral examples”. Studying and following Ho Chi Minh’s moral examples has become a way of life of all cadres and party members and people in this locality.

Many agencies and units have attached the Politburo’s Instruction No.03’s implementation to their political and professional tasks, bringing positive results.

The local educational sector has attached the Instruction 03 to the mobilization of “Every teacher is a creative and self-study example” whilst local public security sector has launched movement of “for country and people”. In addition, mass bodies and organizations in this locality have promoted their role in spurring the movement of following Uncle’s teachings among youths and unionists and laborers.

Bui Thanh Hai, vice secretary of Minh Thanh commune party committee (one of units chosen as pilot locality of implementing the Instruction 03) said that after implementing the Instruction, cadres, party members have been interested in moral and lifestyle practice whilst many good examples have appeared among people. Many families have donated land lots, trees and other assets to make rural roads.

Constant inspections

Together with implementing resolution of 4th Plenum of the PCC (11th tenure) on "Some urgent issues in Party building", the district party committee’s standing commission held inspections on implementing resolution of the 3rd district party congress… Accordingly, the unit has focused on inspecting programs on new rural building, usage of basic construction capital, investment in building the national standard schools and so on.

In addition, the unit has checked party members’ moral manner, lifestyle and execution of the Party’s resolutions and instructions and the State’s legal regulations.

At the current working session with Dau Tieng district, the provincial People’s Council chairman Vu Minh Sang highly valued the local efforts in implementing Resolution of the 9th provincial party congress and resolution of the 3rd district party congress and noted that the locality should excel planning and cadre rotation attached to cadre training.
