Thanks to efficient production and business, the average salary of the company's employees reaches 7.2 million VND / month, equal to 119% target set out by Resolution of the 2019 Workers' Conference; The average income of employees reached VND9 million/month, an increase of 5% compared to 2018.
In 2020, the company strives to generate 28,500 tons of rubber; total revenue of VND2,089 billion, of which rubber revenue to reach VND1,384 billion; at the same time, well managing the prices and actively consuming, taking advantage of the good prices to ensure profit of 2 million/ton or more. In addition, the company will continue to streamline its organizational system, heighten effective and efficient operation; improve management procedures, working methods, raise the qualifications and capacity of employees to meet the development requirements of the company.
