Department Of Agriculture And Rural Development: Broad implementation of public services level 3

In 2015, Department of Agriculture and Rural Development successfully implemented administrative reforms’ plans, issued many legal documents and instructions, operated the review and publish of public administrative procedures on department and province’s websites. The most prominent feature of the Department this year was promoting the application of information technology in managing, administrating and resolving administrative procedures for organizations and individuals.

To promote this strength in 2016, the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development continues investing in machines and equipment, accelerates the implementation of the exchanging information through the network environment, extends implementation of public services at level 3 and tests of level 4, carries out plans for general administrative reforms of the province to implement administrative procedures’ reforms, reviews legal documents, enables staff and civil servants to participate in training courses to improve service quality to citizens and organizations.
