Department of Justice to implement many administrative procedure simplifying projects

Provincial Department of Justice said that the department was realizing the project of setting up the system receiving, handling feedbacks and proposals on administrative regulations and administrative procedure solving results at all levels under the direction of the Ministry of Justice. Besides, the department has launched the project simplifying administrative procedures, civil documents and databases related to population management in the 2013-2020 under the instruction of administrative procedure reform advisory council.

The department is studying, innovating implementation methods of administrative procedures, continues to review and advise PPC to implement inter-connected administrative procedures in some areas at agencies, units, localities. In addition, the department advised PPC to embark on public service quality improvement plan of level 3, level 4 in order to shorten time, improve the quality of administrative procedure settlement to better serve the people.
