Di An city - over 3,000 public service papers processed online

In the first 8 months of 2022, Di An city has promoted the service of receiving documents at home through the public postal service as 2,424 records of receiving and returning results via the public postal service have been fulfilled.

In addition, the one-stop-shop divisions of the city and wards have also effectively applied the utilities of the Binh Duong Public Service page, email, Zalo etc. to provide advices and guidance to people about administrative procedures that can be applied online; thereby, reducing traveling time and the situation of crowding at the one-stop-shop divisions to foster the prevention and control of the COVID-19 epidemic.

As a result, in 2021 and in the 8 months of 2022, 3,163 level 3 and 4 online public service records have been received through the Binh Duong Public Service. Information technology has been applied to survey people's satisfaction through polling devices at the one-stop shop divisions to gain the satisfaction rate at 99%.
