Chairwoman of the provincial Fatherland Front Committee Dao Ngoc Nu steered the congress.

The 10th Di An district party congress, 2010-2015 term officially opened on July 22 with the direction of chairwoman of the provincial Fatherland Front Committee Dao Ngoc Nu. Delegates heard reports and focused on debating tasks and orientations for the 10th Di An district party congress, contributing ideas to the 9th provincial party congress and documents to the 11th national party congress.

The congress delegates selected a 45-member executive board for the 10th district party committee. Nu stressed that to gain the proposed tasks, the district party committee should focus on building party and setting out proper measures for the work. The all level party committees should boost and enhance the quality of the mobilization of “Studying and following Ho Chi Minh’s moral examples”, the capacity of management of all level authorities and so on.
