Delegates contribute many straight ideas at the

district party congress.    

After a positive and serious preparation, Di An district party congress on July 22 forwarded its 10th party congress for the 2010-2015 term. Right at the opening session, deputies showed their straightforwardness, democracy and responsibility.

To welcome the congress, across routes in the district were beautified by flags and slogans, appealing the entire party, people to develop Di An into a prosperous and civilized urban area. Those calls were repeated by Tran Quoc Binh, Di An district secretary: “New situation and task have given the district many overlapped challenges and advantages, requiring party members to uphold their advantages and minimize shortcomings to build and develop Di An into a civilized and prosperous urban area”.

In the past term, the district has made greater efforts to overcome difficulties and challenges to tap potentials and excel the proposed goals. The local party committee has focused on investing in infrastructure facilities, reforming administration procedures, facilitating local enterprises’ production and business. The local party committee has also excelled socialization program in areas of healthcare, culture, sports as well as social policies.

However, with the democratic spirit, the participating deputies straightforwardly mentioned shortcomings in the past term including stagnancy of major projects of Ho Lang historic relic site, local Sports Center, poor management of land, construction and environmental areas and among others.

To improve the shortcomings, the deputies contributed many measures to hasten the local development in the coming time. The solutions consisted of industrial development according to the sustainable, green and clean trend, hi-tech equipment usage, environmental pollution control, strict settlement for land areas used for the wrong purposes and investments in cultural works in service for local residents…
