The provincial Fatherland Front Committee on July 21 held its 4th congress, 7th term. The conference assessed front work in the first half of this year and set out tasks for the rest months.

Chairwoman of provincial Fatherland Front Committee Dao Ngoc Nu, said in the rest months of 2010 the front work has many crucial tasks such as launching the emulation movement in celebration of the all level Party congress, marking the 80th anniversary of Vietnam United National Front, celebrating 1,000th anniversary of Thang Long – Ha Noi and collecting ideas for the 9th provincial party congress’ documents and the 11th national party congress’ draft.  

At the conference, the provincial People’s Committee chairman Nguyen Hoang Son announced the local socio-economic situation and national defense – security in the first 6 months of this year and valued done achievements and shortcomings to excel development targets in the coming time.
