Early July 22, provincial Department of Natural Resources and Environment (DoNRE) held a conference highlighting exemplary role-models in the patriotic emulation movement between 2006 and 2010.

 

Over the past five years, the patriotic emulation movement made positive changes and became a driving force for provincial DoNRE’s units to excellently fulfill their entrusted missions. Provincial DoNRE has so far built and gave advice for issuing 38 documents concretizing the State’s policies and laws in line with the local actual situation; carried out 2,100 inspections of environmental protection, imposed a fine of over VND10.5bln on 950 wrong units, rechecked and announced 61% of production and business establishment causing serious pollution to the environment.

 

On this occasion, provincial DoNRE also awarded the title “excellent collective” to 5 units,  the title “emulation soldier” to 7 individuals and the certificates of merit to 12 individuals who excellently fulfilled their tasks in the 2006 and 2010 period.
