Di An town launches tax work 2015

Di An town People’s Committee just launched the 2015 work on tax collection for local business households.

Implementing regulations of the Law on Amendment of and Addition to a Number of Articles of the Law on Tax, since Jan. 1, 2015 business individuals and households with income of VND100mil and above will pay personal income tax. Specifically, the tax level of 0.5% is for goods supply field, 2% for service, construction, 5% for asset lease, insurance agent, lottery agent, 1.5% for production, transport, 1% for other operation.

Business individuals paying tax in line with the previous declaration measures that using 10 laborers and over must register to establish corporate.

The new character of the adjusted law lies in business individuals and households paying tax on the measures will not enjoy deduction of personal circumstance and dependent members.

At present, the tax bureau distributes tax declaration sheets for 8132 business households in the town.
