The project is the first ever residential and commercial areas for Chinese community, covering 26 ha at the cost of over VND 6,500 billion including functional zones of house blocks, offices, restaurants, hotels, and commercial center. Locating near the center of political and administrative metropolitan and only 80 meters away from Thien Hau pagoda, Dong Do Commercial Center offers plenty of services and is promisingly the most prosperous center in Binh Duong New City. The heart of this project is Dong Do Dai Pho (Dong Do great streets) which will be erected in 3-storey building with tripple faces of 35-m wide each.
Attendants at the breaking ground ceremony believe that the center will become what they are expecting. “
“A residential area is not worth living in if services and social facilities are not available. Therefore, we decided to construct Dong Do Commercial Center as a basis to launch other projects,” said Mr. Luong Ngoc Tien who is Business and Project development Manager of Becamex IJC.
