According to the Decision No.3191/QD-UBND dated Oct. 21, 2010 on approving draft, task and estimate on human resources planning and development for the 2011-2020 period signed by the provincial People’s Committee vice chairman Huynh Van Nhi, the draft will be expectedly finalized in November. The draft’s main contents include development orientation and solution for local human resources in the period of 2011-2020 and planning implementation.

The draft aims at assessing human resources development in both quality and quantity as well as specifying disadvantages and advantages of human resources in comparison with local requirement of socio-economic development, explaining and drawing experiences for improvement for the sake of planning on human resources in the coming time. The total expense of the draft is expected at more than VND368mil.
