Get-together to celebrate 74 years of Vietnamese Traditional Day held

On the evening of January 8, provincial Youth Union Standing Committee and Students Association Secretariat solemnly held a ceremony to celebrate the 74th anniversary of the Traditional Day of Vietnamese Students and the Vietnamese Students Association (January 9, 1950 - January 9, 2024), the 14^th anniversary of  provincial Students Association (January 8, 2010 - January 8, 2024).

The event was attended by Nguyen Thi Ngoc Xuan, Deputy Head of provincial National Assembly Deputy Delegation; Nguyen Thi Tuyet Minh, Permanent Deputy Head of provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission. With the spirit of uniting, gathering, orienting and taking care of students, the activities of provincial Students Association went into depth, with quality improved, leaving many good marks in students; leading the implementation of the "student with 5 good  performances" movement.

With the aboved results, provincial Vietnamese Students Association was honored to receive the third-class Labor Medal from State President. The unit also received excellent emulation flags from the Central Executive Committee of the Vietnam Students Association and the certificates of merit from ministries, departments, sectors and provincial People's Committee for many consecutive years.

On this occasion, the organization board of the program honored 3 students with the "January Star" award, 1 student with the title of "student with 5 good performance" at central level, 1 student with the title of "student with 3 good performances" at central level, 4 students with the title of "3 training performances" at central level. The organization board also awarded “Doan Thi Lien” Awards to 22 poor-but-excellent students; commended 5 students ‘sub-unions and 80 outstanding students who achieved the title of "student with 5 good performances" at provincial level for the 2023-2024 school year; paid tribute to the Standing Board of provincial Students Association over periods.
