Get work not timing fulfilled

Mrs. Huynh Thi My Ngan, Head of Thuan An Town Education and Training Division is well-known by local people for her responsibility and devotion into management and leadership as she prioritizes public work. Ngan knows how to promote modeling role and volunteer in all assignments. She also knows how to propose practical measures for operation management to bring the operations to order.

Weekends are the time for resting after a whole week of working; however, Mrs. Huynh Thi My Ngan consider such time for her reviewing of the work remained and preparation for a new week. Ngan said: “I never stop on Saturdays and Sundays as I consider every day the same and I have to work for fulfillment not the timing.”

She was once a teacher of mathematics at Minh Thanh Commune in Binh Long District, Binh Phuoc Province. In over 25 years working in education and training, she has been designated to various positions. And, by now, she is the Secretary of the Party Cell and Head of Thuan An Town Division of Education and Training.

Through time and under her leadership, the Party Cell members have grasped up highly effective learning and following President Ho Chi Minh. After the general planning, she also asks for individual training scheme. And, by the year’s end, she evaluates them by the proposed criteria. In the meantime, other model activities including story telling about President Ho Chi Minh and periodical meeting of lessons learned from the stories have been maintained.

Ngan presented her favorite matters learned from President Ho Chi Minh which is unity building up. Thus, she made use of her position to unite the staffs. She encourages everyone to be supportive to those of harsh circumstances. For her, unity means democracy and upholding of critique and self-critique. Accordingly, the co-workers could improve themselves. Therefore, ever since 2011, the town Division of Education and Training has been approved as strong and transparent organization with all its members fulfilling duties. In 3 consecutive years of 2009-2011, the Party Cell has been honored by Thuan An Town Party Committee as the elite party cell.

In 2015, the movement learning and following President Ho Chi Minh highlighting honesty, responsibility, public attachment, unity, and building up a strong and sustainable Party has been implemented.

Ngan said: “We are aiming at promoting education and training quality.”

Thus, in the meetings, honesty in reporting is upheld to clear up fake achievement pursuit and improve education quality. Besides, she stresses on friendly contacts to receive the public and be attached to them. She upholds the model of lifestyle and words of actions to facilitate the movement.

For the achievements in learning and following President Ho Chi Minh and contribution to local education and training, she has been honored. Particularly in 2013, she received merit certificate of Prime Minister for her excellence in work.
