“Giving strength to school” scholarships awarded to needy pupils

On the afternoon of August 21, provincial Young Pioneer Organization held the scholarships-giving program for needy pupils in the 2020-2021 academic year at the People’s Committee of Hieu Liem commune in North Tan Uyen district.

Accordingly, the organizers awarded 500 notebooks to needy pupils in Lac An commune; offered 40 “giving strength to school” scholarships and gifts to poor pupils in Hieu Liem for the 2020-2021 academic year with a total value of VND15million. On this occasion, the district’s Youth Union also donated a symbolic board worth VND30million for implementation of the “lighting rural road” work and gave gifts for the local policy beneficiary families.
