The first ever largest Zhejiang export goods fair opened at the Hanoi Friendship Palace on May 18.
On display are 200 stands put up by 116 businesses to showcase machinery, electronic and electrical equipment, construction materials, interior decoration, materials, garment products and utensils.
At the opening ceremony, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Nguyen Thanh Bien said the economic relations between Vietnam and China have been developing well over the years and China is now Vietnam’s largest trade partner with annual two-way trade value estimated at more than US$15 billion. He expressed hope that businesses from the two countries will share experiences in promoting trade cooperation.
The fair provides a good opportunity for Vietnamese businesses to find partners and products suitable for the domestic market.
