According to VSIP Authority, enterprises in the field is accounted for 21% of total investment and 41% of general labor force which all can generate over 50% of export value.

 Addressing the workshop in information perspective, Deputy Chairman of Labor Union, Mr. Nguyen Tam Duong stated that revenue in the fields has closed the gap with shoes making and textile. Thus, any enterprises wanting to sustain long-term development should take the balance adjustment of profits of employers and employees into consideration.

 On the enterprises’ part, the representatives suggested for more training of labor force.
