The 2010 provincial Week for Young Workers left joyful impressions on young workers who now work and live in the province. Noticeably, localities and relevant agencies organized activities suitable to the local real situation, making this year’s week for young workers become more significant and substantial.

In Dau Tieng district, this year’s week for young workers took place very animatedly. Young workers had a meeting with the local leaders and joined in a joyful market-day in Minh Hoa commune. There were 150 young workers of Dau Tieng One-Member Rubber Co.Ltd. enjoying free medical check-ups and medicine. Provincial Young Entrepreneurs’Association  also visited and presented gifts to 100 needy young workers in Minh Hoa commune…

 

During the event, Di An district organized summer activities for the offspring of workers at the local lodging facilities. Young workers herein also got involved in volunteer activities for sake of public welfare, including making environmental hygiene, removing illegal advertising boards…

 

Young workers in Thuan An district also actively took part in growing green trees, clearing polluted canals; were equipped with knowledge on how to prevent HIV/AIDS…Apartedly, the district provided free medical check-ups and medicine to 140 workers at the lodging facilities; organized many cultural and sports activities for young workers at their entertainment demand.

 

For better results, it is thought that the annual Week for Young Workers needs to be organized at a more suitable time so that it will not be affected by rains. In addition, the organizers need to widely and deeply disseminate the meaning of the event to all young workers…
