It is the statement of the provincial People’s Committee chairman Le Thanh Cung at the working session with investors of industrial parks in Tan Uyen town and Bac Tan Uyen district on July 14.

At the working session, reps of Tan Uyen town-based Nam Tan Uyen industrial park and Bac Tan Uyen district-based Dat Cuoc industrial park said that situation of investment attraction reached remarkable results. Specifically, Nam Tan Uyen industrial park invested by Nam Tan Uyen Joint Stock Company has thus far attracted as many as 104 local and foreign businesses.

 

Meanwhile, Dat Cuoc industrial park invested by Binh Duong Mineral and Construction Joint Stock Company has perfected its infrastructure facilities and attracted 29 domestic and foreign investment projects.

 

Through the working session, the investors of 2 mentioned industrial parks said that enterprises at the 2 industrial parks have rapidly improved consequences and resumed their operation after the past May extremist acts. Beside the insurance work, enterprises received supports from the local administration and highly appreciated timely attention and assistance of the provincial People’s Committee as well as positive shareness from industrial parks’ investor.

 

Addressing the working session, the provincial People’s Committee chairman Le Thanh Cung highly appreciated the industrial park’ investors’ efforts in luring investment projects and helping enterprises overcome losses. In addition, he noted that leaders of districts, towns and investors of industrial parks should pay attention and be close to businesses to timely solve their difficulties of production and business.

 

The chairman also stressed that in the coming time Tan Uyen town and Bac Tan Uyen district should accelerate progress of infrastructure facility projects to promote efficiency and spur local economic development.

 

Also the same day, the provincial People’s Committee vice chairman Tran Thanh Liem and leaders of departments and agencies paid a working visit to Diamond Vietnam Co.Ltd and Kaiser Vietnam Woodwork JSC at My Phuoc IP 1, Ben Cat town.

 

On behalf of the provincial leaders, the provincial People’s Committee vice chairman Tran Thanh Liem highly appreciated enterprises’ efforts in recovering production and stressed that aside from the Government and ministries and central agencies’ assistances, Binh Duong has applied maximum policies to support enterprises under operation at Ben Cat town in general and Binh Duong province in particular.
