Int’l Food and Hotel Vietnam 2011 exhibition

 The International Food and Hotel Vietnam 2011 exhibition will be held at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Centre (SECC) in HCM City on September 28-30.

The three-day event will draw the participation of 1,800 domestic and foreign businesses.

Through the exhibition, enterprises operating in the hotel and food industry in Vietnam will have the opportunity to learn about new technologies, products and advanced services from around the globe.

A wide range of food and drinks will also be featured including wine, spirits and beer, as well as chilled and frozen food, confectionery, snacks and ice cream, dairy products, fresh produce, seafood, and processed and convenience foods.

Hospitality equipment and supplies for baking, confectionery, bars, cafes, food service and catering will be on show, in addition to retail solutions, information systems, interior furnishings, lighting accessories, refrigeration, storage, and tableware.

The event is organized by the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), in coordination with the Ministry of Industry and Trade and Vietnam National Administration of Tourism.
