Each week with a green - clean - beautiful - civilized alley

On July 20, the Red Cross Society of Phu Cuong ward in Thu Dau Mot city launched the "Each week with a green - clean - beautiful - civilized alley" model in alley 609 on CMT8 street in Phu Cuong ward’s quarter 3.

During the program, members of the model, along with residents living on both sides of the alley, got involved in cleaning up streets, removing illegal advertisements, mobilizing people to dispose of waste at the right time and in the right place, and guiding them on how to sort waste at home. The ward's Red Cross officers also encouraged members and residents to actively participate in planting and tending ornamental trees and medicinal plants to create a green - clean - beautiful - civilized urban landscape.

So far, this model has been implemented by the ward's Red Cross Society on various streets to promote awareness of keeping clean and creating a green, clean, and beautiful environment among members and residents, joining hands in building up a more civilized ward and city, effectively implementing a project on enhancing the quality of "Building a cultural - civilized urban lifestyle" campaign.
