Join forces to solve difficulties and ensure the progress of Ring Road 3 project

On March 12, Nguyen Van Loi, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly delegation; Vo Van Minh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, had a meeting with contractors of Ring Road 3 project.

According to reports, for project component 5, up to now, construction package 2 has completed 15% of the contract volume; construction package 4 reached about 20% of the contract volume; construction package 3 has received 47.48% of the site and is currently under construction; construction package 1 is expected to complete the selection of contractors in March 2024. For project component 6 (compensation, support and resettlement), up to now the recovered land area has reached a rate of 80.1%, calculated by construction area reached a rate of 88%...

At the meeting, Loi ordered units to complete the entire Ring Road 3 project three months ahead of the Government's plan (June 2026); The Provincial People's Committee, Thuan An City People's Committee, Di An City People's Committee, related industries, construction contractors, and mining units must join forces to solve difficulties and obstacles to ensure construction progress according to the plan and ensuring project quality.

In addition, the Provincial Party Secretary stressed that the site clearance progress must be carried out in parallel with the relocation of technical infrastructure; resettlement must ensure people's legitimate policies and rights; resettlement for people whose lives must be equal to or better than their old residence. The Provincial Party Secretary asked mineral exploitation units in the area to commit and coordinate with construction units to fully and promptly provide materials for key projects; ensure timely capital disbursement for the project; launch an emulation movement with high determination to shorten the construction progress of the entire line...
