Joint venture between Becamex Tokyu and Mitshubishi Jisho Corporation established in Binh Duong

In the afternoon of November 1, Becamex Tokyu Co., Ltd. and Mitshubishi Jisho Residence Co., Ltd. signed a joint venture with BTMJR Investment Limited Company in Binh Duong. Accordingly, the joint venture will implement Sora Garden II apartment project in Binh Duong New City. Attending and witnessing the signing ceremony, the joint venture was opened by Tran Thanh Liem, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

Sora Garden II is designed with 24 floors, 560 apartments and commercial ground floor. The project is designed with X-shaped design with "Family friendly space" design, "Design standards and modern services" for the first time in Binh Duong province with intelligent housing system (Smart home) ... is equipped for all the apartments, the project will bring a modern lifestyle, completely new. The project is expected to open in the second quarter of 2019.

Sora Garden II is a successive project of the Sora Garden apartment project in Becamex Tokyu New City. At the signing ceremony and the launch of the joint venture, Tran Thanh Liem, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the provincial People's Committee handed over the investment certificate to the joint venture to develop the Sora Garden II project.
