Kim Oanh Group offers thousands of low-price land lots and apartments to customers

Kim Oanh Group representative said, in 2015, the company developed and successfully distributed 5 major projects in Binh Duong and Dong Nai with about 3,000 products of land lots and apartments. These were commercial land projects and built apartments with good locations, nice designs, rich potentialities, but low prices. Among these, RichHome (272 apartments) and RichHome 2 (404 apartments) were the first built apartment projects developed by Kim Oanh Group for low-income persons in Binh Duong.

In 2016, Kim Oanh is planning for launching -7 projects in key markets including Binh Duong, Dong Nai and Ho Chi Minh City. These will be promising projects attracting huge customers’ interest by meeting investment needs, serving settlement needs with low prices. In particular, a project in District 9, Ho Chi Minh City with an area of ​​9.3 hectares including townhouses and apartments launched from Q2 of 2016 gets high expectations from the company in the new year, because this is the first project of Kim Oanh in Ho Chi Minh City.
