Labor market at the beginning of the year needs 40,000 workers

According to Provincial Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, the demand for labor recruitment in the beginning of the year (including the need to recruit new workers and to compensate for the number of workers who have not returned to work) is about 40,000 laborers, in which, the demand for unskilled labor accounts for about 20%.

In order to promptly meet the recruitment demand of enterprises in the area, the Department directed Provincial Employment Service Center to intensify activities on labor market information; organize job trading sessions (2 sessions/month, online job exchange), well implement unemployment insurance policy for employees who quit their jobs; increase job consultancy and introduction activities; especially the connection with labor sources in other provinces, cities to bring laborers to Binh Duong according to the plan.

In addition, the center instructed businesses to continue well implementing the salary, bonus, and welfare regimes for employees in order to retain employees, and at the same time attract more human  resources.
