*In 2013, provincial Agencies Bloc’s Youth Union joined hands with relevant agencies to provide free medical check-ups, medicine and gifts for more than 2,000 poor people, policy beneficiary families and children with difficult circumstances in the new rural communes of the province and some needy localities out of the province with a total expense estimated at around VND200mln.
