Towards the 94th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union (July 28, 1929 to July 28, 2023) and the 13th Congress of Vietnam Trade Union of 2023-2028 tenure, many trade union units in the province have organized fun and attractive cultural and sports activities that workers have the opportunity to exchange, bond and be more enthusiastic in production activities.

Images of workers very excitingly and enthusiastically cheering for their company's athletes at the provincial Labor and Culture Center in the badminton and table tennis tournament of Binh Duong province in 2023 organized by the provincial Trade Union have in response prompted the athletes to try their best to compete and bring many great results to their units.

Also at the provincial Labor and Culture Center, many art contests and festivals have also been organized by the provincial Trade Union and VSIP Industrial Park Trade Union among others. Although they are only amateur, the workers performed confidently, bringing to the competition a good range of impressive and unique performances. In the audience seats, a lot of people who were the contestants' colleagues and the company's leaders cheered enthusiastically in colorful banners and uniforms.

Identifying workers as the precious assets of enterprises, many units have organized activities to take care of the material and spiritual life to establish themselves and make up their careers in Binh Duong province. In addition, many units also have benefits, rewards, and scholarships for the children of workers with good academic achievements, creating favorable conditions for buying social housing. With many good benefits and good working environment, workers have had the opportunity to affirm their skills and shine at many professional competitions of the profession.

In the face of developments in the world economic situation and the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic in Vietnam, workers in Binh Duong still steadfastly work hard to produce, devote, and bring life to useful products, contributing to the construction of the homeland; the country becomes richer and more beautiful and civilized. At the same time, many art and sports playgrounds in Binh Duong have attracted a large number of workers.
