The Party Committee of Long Nguyen Rubber Plantation under Dau Tieng Rubber Corporation has constantly developed with 61 Party members. With results done, it was recognized as a pure and strong Party organization for ten consecutive years.

 

In addition to well realizing the set targets under the resolutions of the Party Committees of the corporation and it, Long Nguyen Rubber Plantation always reaches rubber latex productivity of 2 tons/ha. Workers herein enjoy an average salary of more than VND6mln per capital per month.

 The Party Committee of the plantation has also promoted the “Party building” campaign, improving the Party’s leadership capacity. Accordingly, the Party Committee of the plantation has regularly organized classes on the Party and State’s policies and laws for Party members and all staff of the plantation, especially promoted the “Studying and following late President Ho Chi Minh’s exemplary morals” campaign among them.

 

Apartedly, the Party Committee of the plantation has seriously implemented its inspection work, contributing to improving the quality of Party members and cells. Thanks to the “Studying and following late President Ho Chi Minh’s exemplary morals” campaign well realized, the plantation has also seen drastic change in awareness and action of its officials, Party members and workers.

 

Over the past 10 years, Long Nguyen Rubber Plantation admitted additional 39 new Party members. In 2010 alone, there have been additional 5 new Party members, exceeding the set target. According to the annual classification result over the past 10 years, the Party Committee of the plantation had 100% Party cells getting the “pure and strong” title and 99% of Party members well completing entrusted missions.

 

With results done, the Party Committee of Long Nguyen Rubber Plantation was recognized as a pure and strong Party organization for ten consecutive years. The plantation was also recognized as a unit well realizing the grassroots democratic regulation for ten consecutive years.
