According to the Organizing Committee of the January’s Full Moon Festival in Phu Cuong ward of Thu Dau Mot city, this year, although there is no procession of the Mazu Goddess' palanquin and no auction of holy lanterns like every year, the beauty of the festival is many free services continue to be maintained and promoted.

Accordingly, mass organizations such as Youth’s Union, Women's Union, and Red Cross of Thu Dau Mot city have registered to participate in free festival services of car repair, motorbike taxi, cooling off items, incense, fortune trees etc. to tourists come and need support. On February 14 and 15 (the 14th and 15th of the first lunar month), People's Committee of Phu Cuong ward will also arrange 2 free parking spots at Nguyen Du school area (next to Ba Thien Hau temple) and the vacant land opposite Phu Cuong Church. On routes such as Cach Mang Thang Tam, Thich Quang Duc, and Yersin, the local authority encourages and supports people to organize free food and drink distribution points for visitors, creating beauty and preserving the "tourism brand" of Binh Duong's free festival.
