Mass mobilization eyes robust and dramatic transformation

Early December 30, Binh Duong Provincial Party Committee held its conference summing up mass mobilization in 2015, launching orientation and tasks for 2016. Attending the conference was Ho Van Dinh, the Director in charge of the Southern region of Central Mass Mobilization Committee, Pham Van Canh, the permanent Deputy Secretary of Provincial Party Committee cum Chair of Provincial People’s Council, Tran Thanh Liem, the Deputy Secretary of Provincial Party Committee cum Chair of Provincial People’s Committee, Nguyen Thanh Liem, the member of Standing Committee cum Head of Mass Mobilization of Provincial Party Committee.

In 2015, the mass mobilization of the Party has eyed dramatic and clear changes. The mass mobilization of all-level authorities have been more and more rational regarding the resolution of complaints and appeals of the public and enterprises. Officers, cadres, and civil servants have been trained up with styles and working discipline to improve awareness and services to the people. All-level authorities have continued with administrative reforms and well implementation of public reception and resolution of appeals and denunciation while procedures and processes have been amended and supplemented to reduce burden of the public.

The models of friendly authorities have been implemented and gained practicability across 35 units and authorities. The province has gathered up investment resources for new rural area construction and care taking for socially-privileged subjects.

Fatherland Front Committees and unions have actively initiated patriotism emulation and care for rightful benefits and rights of their members, encouraging their labor, creativity, and democracy in the grassroots. Various movements have brought practical effects on all aspects of social life.

Local authorities, administrative and professional units, the armed forces, and enterprises have continued with boosting democracy in the grassroots. Thereon, they have contributed to build up strong political system with enhanced unity and public trust.
