Mobilizing resources for medical socialization

In the current context of public non-business units promoting financial autonomy, mobilizing resources from the private sector to develop medical facilities is of interest. In 2022, provincial health sector used many information channels to call for socialization of medical examination, treatment, prevention and primary health care.

Provincial Department of Health has asked competent authorities to issue a list of health projects and works calling for socialization. Among them, there are construction projects such as a hospital specializing in oncology, orthopedic trauma, and portfolios of joint venture and association projects at a number of medical centers. Particularly, there is the project of joint venture and association at Thuan An city’s Medical Center to build an inpatient examination and treatment area as required. Currently, this project still has many difficulties that are being resolved by competent authorities. In addition, the form of ordering machines under contracts to supply chemicals is implemented in most public hospitals and 9 health centers in districts, towns and cities. This form is increasingly effective in the field of medical socialization.
