The movement of “studying and following Ho Chi Minh moral example” is very important to each official and Party member. By being aware of this, Mr. Tran Van An, who is a Party cell secretary and Principal of Khanh Binh junior High School, said: “The movement is meaningful in education and training sector to promote good conducts. Therefore, I make my all time to join in activities organized by the movement”.

 In his work, Mr. An assigns suitable tasks to individuals so that he can inspect and enhance the general work of the school. He specially takes care of education quality by promoting themes offered by the movement. After each school year, the staffs will meet to share difficulties and discuss about enhancement.

 Propaganda of meanings of learning to students and parents has also promoted education quality or better students’ learning outcomes. Every teacher is fully aware of serious teaching and testing with more attendance to exhibition teaching. As a result, education quality has actively transformed.

 As a secretary, he leads the movement in the school by every day meaningful work.

 “What we said, we should do right away to be a model so that others will listen and follow,” he said. He also promotes unity which is considered a cornerstone determining failure or success.

 Being devoted to his work, yearly he is honored by higher level authority. For consecutive 5 years, he is honored by province’s Party Committee. And recently, he was praised by steering board of movement of “studying and following Ho Chi Minh moral example”.
