Tan Uyen district has just held an opening ceremony for its summer activities of 2012 and launched the 2012 Action Month for Children.

Accordingly, the district will organize many interesting activities for children during the summer 2012, including football tournaments for under-11 and 13 children, a computer contest, a singing contest named Hoa phuong do (phoenix-flower)…

On this occasion, provincial Steering Board for the 2012 Summer Activities presented 9 gifts to poor-but-excellent pupils. The district’s Steering Board for the 2012 Summer Activities also donated 32 gifts worth VND200,000 each to pupils at primary and secondary schools of Hoi Nghia commune.

It is known that in the summer of 2012, the district will present 890 gifts to children across the district.
