Notary Office establishment permitted

Binh Duong Provincial People’s Committee just issued Decision No. 451/QD-UBND to facilitate establishment of notary offices (to be established by two or more notary public).

Accordingly, Binh Duong Provincial People’s Committee just approved the establishment of Binh Duong New City Notary Office operating by joint venture form, located at Unit 21, 22, Lot G, Commercial Street, Ly Thai To Street, Hoa Phu Ward, Thu Dau Mot City.

The new notary office has its own official seal and account under self-financing principles on their charges and fees collected from the activities of notary public.
