Morning Dec 28, the Government hosted an online conference to disseminate NA’s Resolutions on socio-economic development tasks and state budget forecast in 2016. At Binh Duong online end, Tran Van Nam, Secretary of provincial Party Committee, Chairman of provincial People’s Committee; Pham Van Canh, Permanent Deputy Secretary of provincial Party Committee, Chairman of provincial People’s Council; Tran Thanh Liem, Deputy Secretary of provincial Party Committee, Permanent Deputy Secretary of provincial People’s Committee; leaders of departments and localities attended the conference.

At the conference, Minister of Planning and Investment Bui Quang Vinh briefed reports on Review of State direction and administration; the implementation of Resolution No. 01 / NQ-CP of the Government, and the results of Socio-economic development planning in 2015. Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc presented a draft resolution on major missions, solutions directing the implementation of socio-economic development planning and state budget forecast in 2016.

Suggesting some discussion topics at the conference, Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung asked localities to focus on two major contents: the State leadership and administration associated with the socio-economic development in the last year; strengths and weaknesses, shortcomings, especially subjective reasons, thereby setting up solutions to a successful Resolution implementation. Based on analysis of socio-economic development in 2015, State leadership and administration, NA’s and the Central’s Resolution dissemination, the Government put forward objectives and targets. The Government will collected localities’ opinions to amend Resolutions in line with actual situation, thereby achieving and surpassing goals in 2016, paving the way for the completion of 5-year plan of 2016-2020 set by the National Party Congress.

Speaking at the conference, representatives of localities, like: Ha Noi, Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Thuan, Ninh Thuan, Son La ..., assessed the achievements and constraints of the implementation of socio-economic development plan in 2015; and made suggestions.
