Operational quality of club “connecting young workers” improved

Provincial Support Center for Young Workers has just held a talk show on enhancing the operational quality of the club “connecting young workers”.

Provincial Support Center for Young Workers now has a total of 15 clubs “connecting young workers” across the province. Over the past time, the center organized a variety of practical activities to take care of the spiritual and material lives of young workers belonging to these clubs. Particularly, it held journeys connecting young workers; made law dissemination among young workers; organized talk shows on how to build happy families and communication skills, festivals giving strength to young workers and engaged activities in environmental protection at industrial parks, lodging facilities…All contributed to helping young workers raise their knowledge in life and labor.

At the talk show, the organizers discussed solutions to gather young workers, the operational contents of the clubs “connecting young workers” and how to enhance their operational effectiveness. The Executive Boards of the clubs and their members also presented many ideas on methods to grasp the situation of young workers and foster crucial forces.

Trinh Quoc Chuong, Head of the Club No.14 under Diamond Vietnam Co.Ltd. wanted that provincial Support Center for Young Workers will organize more weekend playgrounds at the company, especially when there is a crucial force of the club “connecting young workers”. He also added that organizing a class on Chinese free of charge has met the demand of young workers in the My Phuoc Industrial Park 1.

Whilst, Nguyen Tan Dat, Head of the Club “connecting young workers” No.1 wanted that there will be more activities such as training courses on skills, “return-to-the root” programs…from the center.

Nguyen Hong Nhung, Deputy Head of the “Cau Vong” (Brainbowl) Voluntary Club also suggested that the center should continue widely multiplying the model of “Bep an ket noi yeu thuong” (Kitchen connecting love), aiming to offer help to young workers with difficult circumstances. Following the proposal, Le Trung Hieu, representative of Nhan Nghia General Clinic said that the clinic is ready to share difficulties with young workers. It will also continue accompanying the club’s charity kitchen on Sunday mornings while giving the club a motorcycle to serve the kitchen’s food transportation.

Do Van Phung, Director of provincial Support Center for Young Workers said that the talk show was organized with the goal of boosting the development of the Youth Union and associations among non-State enterprises and creating an animated emulation atmosphere in celebration of the 88th founding anniversary of the Ho Chi Minh Youth Union Communist. This was also a chance for the center to listen to young workers’ aspirations and feelings for timely solutions, contributing to taking care of their spiritual and material lives…
