Outline of general planning adjustment of Tan Uyen Town until 2040 approved

According to the People's Committee of Tan Uyen town, the general planning of Tan Uyen urban construction to 2030, vision of 2050 was approved by the Provincial People's Committee in Decision No. 1886 / QD-UBND dated July 13, 2012. After separating the administrative boundary in 2014, the town has been invested in construction and management according to the approved planning.

However, due to the impact of socio-economic fluctuations, some contents in the project are no longer suitable to reality. Therefore, the town implements the project to adjust the overall planning of Tan Uyen town to 2040, aiming to update new development orientations, contributing to motivate the development of the town in the next year.

Speaking at the conclusion of the meeting through the outline of the task of adjusting the overall planning of Tan Uyen town to the year 2040, Mr. Doan Hong Tuoi, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of Tan Uyen Town People's Committee, proposed Consultation units when developing projects need to update fully and accurately the latest legal basis and update data. He said that the local socio-economic development tasks and orientations in the coming period will change from industry - service - urban to service - industry-urban; Tan Uyen urban area is a compact urban and smart city, so the planning must also be associated with land use orientation. In addition, planning projects must assess the current situation, the implementation of the previous plan; clarifying the achievements as well as inadequacies to draw experience for new planning; adjust accordingly, synchronously and effectively.
