Since early this year, provincial health sector has joined hands with charity organizations in and out of the province to provide free medical check-ups and medicine for 4,177 poor patients with a total expense of more than VND88mln;  visit and present 817 gifts to poor patients and orphans; subscribe VND105mln to provincial Support Fund for the Poor.

 

In addition, charity kitchens made by the local donors have provided 5,516 free meals, more than 2,200 kg of rice for 23,098 poor patients with a total expense of more than VND95mln. As many as 388 people have also been mobilized to give blood for patients in need of emergency blood.
