Over 90% of needy cases to get support during Humanitarian Month 2020

According to provincial Red Cross Society, the theme of this year’s Humanitarian Month is “Joining hands for the community’s health”.

During the Humanitarian Month 2020, provincial Red Cross Society will focus on disseminating measures against diseases, food safety and hygiene; humanitarian blood donation; first aid…to raise awareness of officials, Party members, people from all strata in public healthcare while offering help to needy cases.

The society will strive to offer help to more than 90% of cases in need of help and carry out 15 humanitarian works worth at least VND50million each during the Humanitarian Month. Each district-level unit will build at least one humanitarian work worth at least VND20million.

This year’s Humanitarian Month in the province will take place in May with the peak from May 8 to 19, 2020.
