So far, provincial Relief Committee has received more than VND12bln in cash and gifts from organizations and individuals as relief aid to flood-hit people in the central region, said Dao Ngoc Nu, chairwoman of provincial Fatherland Front Committee.

 Provincial Relief Committee has also organized 4 direct relief stages in 10 provinces of the Central and Central Highlands region with a total expense of more than VND9.4bln. It is known that the province’s task of receiving cash and gifts as relief aid to central flood victims will be summed up in late December, 2010.
