Provincial Farmers Association has just coordinated with its affiliation in Phu Giao district to disburse VND4.92bln in loan from provincial Farmers Support Fund for 165 members in 9 communes and Phuoc Vinh township of the district, helping them develop home based business.

Accordingly, each member get a loan between VND15mln and VND20mln within three years with the preferential interesting rate of 0.5% per month, equivalent to 6% per annum.

The above loan disbursement will help the local farmers carry out agricultural production projects, contributing to improving their lives. Since early 2014, provincial Farmers Association and its affiliation in Phu Giao district have organized two stages on loan disbursement from provincial Farmers Support Fund for 182 members with more than VND5.4bln. Upon this, many members have so far risen up out of poverty and stabilized their lives.
