*Binh Duong provides VND2bln as relief aid to four south central provinces

 

As of late Nov.10, provincial Fatherland Front Committee (FFC) received more than VND7.5bln in cash and goods from 361 units as relief aid to flood-hit people in the central region. Many units actively provided relief aid to central flood victims in three days from Nov.8 to 10, including Thong Dung Footwear Co.Ltd. with VND33.4mln; Yazaki EDS VN Co. with more than VND36.6mln; Becamex Concrete Joint Stock Co. with more than VND28.5mln…

The same day, Thuan An district’s FFC also received more than VND753mln from 123 units as relief aid to flood-affected people in the central region. According to Mrs.Dao Ngoc Nu, chairwoman of provincial FFC, province-based agencies and units now have strong response to the movement of providing relief aid to central flood victims.

 

*Late Nov.10, provincial FFC and Relief Committee gathered to hear the report of the progress of the campaign of mobilizing relief aid for central flood victims. At the meeting, they also decided to donate VND2bln and essential commodities, including medicine, rice, instant noodle…, to four flood-hit south central provinces of Ninh Thuan, Khanh Hoa, Phu Yen and Binh Dinh.
