Festival of people’s unity was just held at Dong Tam Hamlet, Tam Lap Commune in Phu Giao District with attendance of Member of Standing Committee, cum Deputy Chair of People’s Council, Mrs. Tran Thi Kim Van. Deputy Chair of Provincial People’s Council, Mrs. Tran Thi Kim Van (left) offers gifts to the poor households Currently 229 out of 273 households in the hamlet have been entitled as cultural households while the fund for the poor has reached over VND 7.2 million. Besides VND 50 million for repairs of houses of the social privileged people has been paid out. On holidays and special occasion annually, over VND 108 million has been paid out to support families of the poor and children.
