People's Council of Thuan An City and "quick questions, short answers"

On December 19 and 20, Thuan An City People's Council held its 11th session of term 12th. Attending the meeting were Nguyen Truong Nhat Phuong, Vice Chairwoman of Provincial People's Council; Nguyen Thanh Tam, Deputy Secretary of City Party Committee, Chairman of Thuan An City People's Committee.

At the meeting, the City People's Council focused on reviewing and evaluating objectively and comprehensively key categories on socio-economic performance results in 2023; law enforcement in the city; identify goals, tasks, solutions for socio-economic development, national defense and security, and build government apparatus at all levels. The City People's Council also questioned and answered questions about issues that concern voters and delegates in the form of "quick questions, short answers".

The meeting session researched, discussed and considered passing six important resolutions. At the meeting, the City People's Council also held votes of confidence in favor of 16 people holding positions elected by the People's Council.
