At the meeting, Mr. Vu Minh Sang and Mr. Pham Van Canh inked documents of handing over tasks of the position of the provincial party committee’s standing board vice secretary.

Accordingly, Mr. Vu Minh Sang handed works of the provincial party committee’s standing board vice secretary over Mr. Pham Van Canh with concrete tasks such as receiving central delegations and steering implementation of the central documents and action plans of the 11th national party congress and the 9th provincial party congress’ resolutions, especially monitoring, instructing orientation and mission of the work of building the Party, authority, front and political mass body in 2014.
